Fees

As multiple specialists and services consult at McCrae Specialist Centre, fees may change and vary between providers depending on the type of consultation, service provided, and individual billing arrangements.

All fee structures, billing policies, and charges are determined by each independent provider.

In some cases, on-site staff may assist with payment processing or basic billing support; however, McCrae Specialist Centre does not set fees, determine charges, or manage provider billing policies.

Patients are responsible for confirming consultation fees, billing arrangements, and any potential gap payments directly with the provider’s main consulting rooms prior to their appointment.

All enquiries regarding fees, billing, amendments, and cancellations must be directed to the provider’s main rooms.

Access to Personal Records

All medical records are held by the independent specialists and service providers who consult at McCrae Specialist Centre.

Requests for access to personal medical records must be directed to your treating specialist, diagnostic service, or referring doctor.

As practitioners and services consult on a sessional basis, McCrae Specialist Centre does not hold, manage, or control patient medical records.

Feedback

Specialists, diagnostic services, and allied health providers consulting at McCrae Specialist Centre operate as independent practitioners and services on a sessional basis and are responsible for the clinical care they provide.

If you have a concern regarding your care or service experience, we encourage you to raise this directly with your treating specialist or service provider in the first instance.

We welcome patient feedback as part of continuous improvement, and all concerns will be treated respectfully, confidentially, and professionally, with a commitment to timely and appropriate resolution.

McCrae Specialist Centre does not manage clinical services or employ practitioners and therefore does not investigate clinical complaints; however, we are committed to ensuring concerns are directed to the appropriate provider for resolution.
