Attending Appointments

To provide you with the best care, we request you bring a valid referral and a list of all your medical history, allergies and medications including any relevant investigations and recent scans and test results with you to the appointment.

If you are attending for the first time please arrive 5 minutes early to fill in the new patient registration form.

For billing and Medicare rebate purposes it is vital you bring your Medicare and concession cards to the appointment including any private health insurance details.

Please do not fax any referrals to us or call our rooms for requests for appointments. All referrals and enquiries should be sent to the specialist's main rooms.

Please follow the same process if you need to amend or cancel an appointment.
