PATIENT ALERT

Dear Patients,

Due to the developing COVID-19 pandemic and advice from the Department of Health to provide Telephone Consultations, our practice will be making some significant changes to our appointment bookings and on-site access.

Our priority remains to continue providing a quality healthcare service to our community and ensuring the safety of our patients who would be at significant risk of COVID-19.

From Monday 30/03/20 , the practice will be open for Phone Consults only and restricted access for face to face consults will be in place.

All patients will be requested to Book a Phone Consult with a Doctor as we expect the vast majority of consultations will be adequately managed over the phone and a Doctor may offer a Face to Face Consult for cases that are deemed safe and appropriate.

Also with the arrival of the flu vaccines, we will be holding controlled flu vaccination clinics at the practice and adhering to strict social distancing measures .

Please refer to our Practice Fee Schedule for the Phone Consultation Fee. Your Doctor will inform you if you are eligible for Medicare Bulk-Billing.

Please understand that these changes are being made with every intention of ensuring your safe continuity of care. We will strive to continue providing the highest quality of healthcare in these adverse times. If you have any further queries, please contact our Reception on  03 5981 1000. We thank you for your support.

Kind Regards,

Admin Team
