Referring

A referral is required to have a consultation with our specialists. A referral from your GP is valid for 12 months, while a specialist to specialist referral is valid, on a temporary basis, for 3 months.

We have a wide variety of specialists consulting on a sessional basis. Hence to simplify the booking, we request that you refer to the specialist profile for their contact details and make bookings directly through their central booking office.

Please do not fax any referrals or requests for appointments to our fax. All referrals and enquiries should be sent to the specialist's main rooms.

Please follow the same process if you need to amend or cancel an appointment.

No referrals are needed to see our allied health professionals if you are claiming through your private health insurance. However if you are seeing them as part of a Team Care Arrangement, please ensure you have all the relevant paperwork to get your Medicare rebate. Some of our allied health professionals may bulk bill under the TCA, so please enquire prior to booking your appointment.
