Philip W Danby is a Nephrologist specialising in Renal Medicine .

Phil Danby graduated with honours from Monash university in 1980. He trained as a renal physician in Brisbane and Melbourne before gaining further experience in the U.K. He has been a consultant nephrologist at Monash medical centre since 1990 and continues in that role. For 25

years he held consultant positions at Eastern Health including as head of a general medical unit andas an intensive care physician. He still provides both general and renal medical care in a busy private practice at Knox Private Hospital. His current interest is in the diagnosis and management of patients with impaired kidney function with the aim of preservation of renal function. Phil has lived in McCrae for the last 10 years where his chief hobby is growing veggies for his children & grandchildren.

Dr  Vinod Venkataraman    

MBBS FRACP   

Vinod has been serving the Mornington Peninsula as Consultant Nephrologist since 2011. Vinod looks after private patients 5 days a week through the rooms in Frankston and Rosebud. He is now moving to Mccrae to continue his patient care. He manages patients with chronic kidney diseases due to various reasons including diabetes and hypertension. He also looks after transplant patients and works in liaison with Alfred transplant unit. Vinod trained locally in Frankston hospital and also trained at The Alfred Hospital, Royal Melbourne Hospital, The Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney and Wollongong Hospital in NSW.
